The Makin Plant

Since 1987, Makin Metals has grown to be one of Western Canada's largest Service Centers and leading steel and metals distributor throughout North America. 

The processing of the steel occurs in Makin's two manufacturing plants located in Surrey, BC and Calgary, Alberta.

With a staff of over 40, Makin runs a 40,000 sf facility in Surrey and a 25,000 sf facility in Calgary which manufactures flat rolled products including prepainted, galvanized, galvalume, galvanneal, cold rolled, aluminum, copper and some stainless.
